Ten year old Persimmony Smudge gets in an argument with her sister and in trying to fix the problems this creates encounters a wild adventure. It includes meeting the young king, searching for a Giant, hiding from poisonous tortoises and making some strange acquaintances along her way through the Willow Woods, complemented with wonderful illustrations.
