Krav Maga Alliance certified instructor Tracie Ide of Idaho Krav Maga will lead a hands-on, practical training that includes striking combative practice and self defense principles to defend against common attacks. Discussion will include real, honest conversation about what it should really mean to “act like a lady” and how phrases like that can keep our daughters from being willing to act against a sudden, violent attack. Open to women and girls ages 12 and up. Registration is required, so call 208-229-2665 or come into the library to reserve your spot.
