- Questions? Call their free helpline at 1-855-My-Tx-Help (1-855-698-9435).
- AARP Foundation Tax-Aide:
- The program offers free tax preparation assistance Feb. 1 through April 15. Now in its 52nd year, Tax-Aide helps 2.5 million low- and moderate-income taxpayers each year. You don’t have to be an AARP member, and there’s no age requirement to get tax help from IRS-certified volunteers. Go to aarp.org/taxaide or call 1-888-AARP-NOW (1-888-227-7669) to get started.
- IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs:
