Human Library
Human Library

The Human Library™ is designed to build a positive framework for conversations that can challenge stereotypes and prejudices through dialogue. The Human Library is a place where real people are on loan to readers. A place where difficult questions are expected, appreciated and answered. Books are on loan for 20-30 minutes sessions.

This year's Human Library will be a feature of Storyfort during Treefort Music Fest. Books will be on loan at The Owyhee in downtown Boise, on Friday, March 22nd, 3-7 pm and on Saturday, March 23rd, 1-5 pm. We are seeking books of all kinds who have experienced a stigma, stereotype or prejudice.

Your volunteering will consist of one (1) two-hour training session with coaches as well as the event itself. Interested in telling your story? Please fill out the application form and we will contact you with further information.
