Saturday February 6th at 1:00pm, Ada Community Library's Victory Branch (Victory & Five Mile) invites all ages to Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Book, a puppet performance ripped from the pages of your favorite storybooks and based on the Lauren Child book of the same title. There will be fairytale love and heartbreak, high speed chases, and breaking and entering by a girl with golden locks! Join Herb as angry storybook characters teach him a hilarious lesson in treating books right!Party on Mount Olympus - Thursday, February 11th

All ages are invited to a party at the Victory Branch of the Ada Community Library to celebrate the release of the feature film based on Rick Riordan's The Lightning Thief. Join us Thursday at 7:00pm for an evening at Camp Half-Blood with crafts provided by Ares' house and blue-colored snacks at Dionysus' table, along with games, a monster hunt and (hilarious) prophecies from the Oracle!
Family Game Night - Friday, February 12th

Join us for our next after-hours Family Game Night at the main library (Victory & Five Mile) this Friday, February 12th! Everyone is welcome to watch movies (this month's feature is G-Force), eat snacks and play video games (including LEGO Rock Band) from 6:30-8:30pm while the library is closed!
Sew Like Boo Radley

Remember who sewed Jem's pants and left them on the fence? What a handy talent... one that you too can learn! All ages are invited to a workshop on making simple sewing repairs, hemming and replacing buttons. Bring an item in need or we’ll provide cloth. Basic sewing kits will be provided free to participants.
