This story takes place in the time of the Holocaust. It starts out with a young boy named Bruno moving from Berlin, Germany to a house far away. Bruno's father was hired by Hitler to run a concentration camp behind this house. Soon after nine year old Bruno moves in he meets another nine year old boy that lives on the other side of the fence. This is a very heart touching story.
