You can take part in choosing what books win the Young Reader's Choice Award for 2010! Students in grades 4-12 can vote for their favorite Young Reader's Choice nominee by April 15th at any Ada Community Library location. If you've read at least two of the nominees in any division (take a look at the list online or at the library), visit the library to submit your vote and help decide what books will receive the next Young Reader's Choice Award!

Remember who sewed Jem's pants and left them on the fence? What a handy talent... one that you too can learn! All ages are invited to a workshop on making simple sewing repairs, hemming and replacing buttons. Bring an item in need or we’ll provide cloth. Basic sewing kits will be provided free to participants.
