Philadelphia Chickens

Why is it a pick?

Known for her whimsical children's books, Sandra Boynton also has several musical CD's to her credit. Boynton's songs, with their clever lyrics and dazzling sound, appeal just as much to parents as they do to kids. Favorites include the title track, a big band swing number performed by the Bacon brothers, and the wistful ballad entitled Faraway Cookies. A family favorite in my household.
