Many familiar Marvel superheroes put in an appearance, from the X-Men and Spider Man to Nick Fury. The story is by one of my favorite authors, Neil Gaiman. Adam Kubert's art is exceptional.

This (the seventh collection in the series) is a great 'jumping in' point for new readers. Kabuki, a former Japanese operative, had put down the sword and taken up the pen. The art is breathtaking - even if you don't want to read the story, look through this for the amazing artwork's sake!

The last book in the Brides of Gallatin County Trilogy, "A Dream to Call My Own" finds young Lacy once again bent on finding her father's killer, while simultaneously trying to sort out her own jumbled feelings for Deputy Dave Shepard. The perfect blend of action, romance , and mystery, this book proves a fast read.

Clark Kent continues his journey to becoming Superman in volume two of the Earth One series, which you can definitely read with or without having read volume one. Interesting story, even though some of the inconsistencies in the illustration threw me off sometimes. Any fan of Superman will enjoy this one!
