BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Ada Community Library Board of Trustees held its Budget Hearing on the proposed FY2013 budget on August 28, 2012 at the Lake Hazel Branch Library.
Board members present were Carol Mills, Chair; Jason Meyers, Vice Chair, Julie Oberle, Treasurer, and Trustees Steven Ricks and Anita Lochner. Staff members present were Mary DeWalt, Erin Yturri and Martha Beller.
- BUDGET HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED FY2013 BUDGET
Chair Carol Mills called the Budget Hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. The board briefly discussed the proposed FY2013 budget. Julie Oberle moved to accept the proposed budget, Steven Ricks seconded, the motion carried. Julie Oberle moved to adjourn the meeting, Steven Ricks seconded. The Board Hearing was adjourned at 7:10pm
