Join us as we offer our first class devoted to the spreadsheet program Microsoft Excel 2007. During this introductory class, we will provide an overview of what Excel is and what it can do. During this first session, we will show you how to set up a spreadsheet, navigate the program, and how to modify columns, rows, and cells.
In this class, we will take a look and the many different options to format a spreadsheet including fonts, colors, and themes. We will also take a look at templates as an easy way to get a professional looking, fully-functional spreadsheet without have to invent the wheel.
Many people use Excel and other spreadsheet program to create simple tables. However, the true power of Excel comes from its ability to create both simple and complex formulas. During this class we will show you how to create a formula, how to alter them, how to link formulas to other spreadsheets, and how to find additional help.
