Remote Services

Remote Services

Latest update: Monday, July 27.

While Idaho, and Ada among a handful of counties in particular, remains a federal red zone with cases of COVID rapidly increasing, including recent exposures in one of our buildings, we will be taking more careful measures to protect staff and the public. We will maintain curbside services and computer use of 30-120 minutes by appointment and offer a slate of new remote services along with expanded virtual programming and activities but will no longer take appointments for in-house usage. Existing appointments will be honored.

Beginning this week we are increasing our scope of remote services starting with the ones listed below.

We thank you for doing your part to keep our community safe by reducing exposure and community transmission so that we may return as quickly as possible to some level of ongoing in-house usage.
